Yeah, and the city and stuff.

Mm--it's a capital city, so most of the life is centered around the palace. The entire upper city around the fortress is just--servants and their families. There's an army of them who provide for the royal court and their hangers-on. It's always busy and always noisy, even at night.

Mm, especially if you're used to something quieter. It's not that bad, though; most of the people there know each other. There are always ships of some sort docking or taking off; the court likes its travel.
