Okay! Acheron's canon--Dark Hunters--is super easy. Nick Gautier, assuming I can use the YA prequel series as part of it. I would seriously have already done it if the playercest wouldn't kill me, but I am too attached to Acheron to give him up to do it. At that point, he's all snarky and charming and adorable and oops, a secret half-demon of the SERIOUSLY EVIL variety except that he's actually a good guy himself, and it's like. Sort of FIGHTING AGAINST HALF HIS NATURE, and sob so many layers I love him so much. Bonus points for being a manga/video game nerd ICly.

DGM: Wisely, probably, or else Chaozii. I don't really know who else I could play from DGM. I'd try my hand at Road or Lenalee but idk I doubt I'd app them here (especially since I would not be as good as Hakuren or Nishi or Bonten sob). I think I could play a mean Chaozii and I keep meaning to actually DO that in the DR but I'm lazy about canon review. And I adore Wisely. He'd be hard and I doubt I would keep him long but Iiiiiii love him.

ROSARIO: Ruby without question. I've even considered in the past dropping Cocoa to app Ruby. I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT, BUT. I need to app Ruby SOMEWHERE (preferably a sex game HA HA HA). She is tied with Cocoa for my fave in Rosario. Or Kahlua if Kahlua had more canon.

FMA: Probably Pride, because I very seriously considered apping him instead of Envy (especially when I thought Envy was going to be a dup). I miss Greed though and I also love Ling. SO. One of those two/three. :|a OH OH. OR WRATH. UGHHHH I LOVE WRATHHHHH UGHHHHH.

Someone who is completely, unapologetically fucking psychotic. Not even necessarily evil! Just, I mean, out of their mind INSANE. Not to the point where they'd be impossible to maintain, of course, but to the point where they'd be... interesting. But man, someone who'd be able to go out and have themselves a merry killing spree once in a while and not feel bad about it afterwards.... :'D

Katou actually likes Rabi somewhat. But he knows that Rabi doesn't really consider him "the real Katou" because he's not the Katou that Rabi knew. Which whatever, that's annoying, but it doesn't bug him that much. It did at first, but Rabi's too much fun to hassle to really hate him for it. He doesn't think he'll ever be THAT close to Rabi, but whatever, he's kinda used to being second best to the people he likes... and it's better than not counting AT ALL...

She likes a LOT that she doesn't have to pretend not to be a vampire, and that there are other vampires around!!! It's something she doesn't get much of at home. Camp bores her a lot but she loves the openness of it and the fact that no one cares if she's like HI I'M A VAMPIRE! Not being able to show open pride in that is something she dislikes about home. :E

I basically loathe any app I've ever written because lololol SELF-CONFIDENCE ISSUES (the real reason I don't app that much!), but of all the ones I've done, I hate Bakura's the least. It was certainly the most fun for me to write...!

What do your characters perceive as their biggest problem? Either within themselves or outside of their selves.

Oh man this is tough.

Devit: he feels that his biggest problem is reconciling what he sees as the two halves of his life: Jasdero and Hakuren. Jasdero is HIS MOST IMPORTANT PERSON/THING/EVERYTHING EVER. Hakuren is his fiance and the love of his life! Devit really WANTS for everything to be happy and go smoothly. He understands why it's not, and he respects Jasdero for it; he's never been upset at him or anything, because he believes Jasdero is doing everything he can and more, and Devit loves him for it. But things are still awkward and Devit's dream is to get rid of that awkwardness someday. This doesn't make him unhappy or weight on him all the time, but it's something he wants very much--and he feels mostly happy and good with his life otherwise right now.

Cocoa: Her biggest problem is that Mocha and Tsukune are alone together at home, and Kurumu, whom she considers to be Mocha's toughest competition for Tsukune, is stuck here. (Not to mention the token gay option Fongfong.) She's really paranoid that she'll get home and they'll actually be dating and FFFFFFFF NO ONEE-SAMA YOU CAN DO BETTER AHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOO!

Envy: . . . idek. Envy is. A gigantic ball of issues right now. Sie wants to die but doesn't. It's very complicated. Hir biggest problem is hir lack of power over ANYTHING. Sie can't even choose to take hir own life in camp, not to mention anyone else's. Sie's not in CONTROL. It's humiliating and horrible and Envy wants to have fun but sie can't and sie also wants the peace of death but sie can't have that either. IT ALL JUST SUCKS. LIFE SUCKS. LIFE IS HIR PROBLEM UGH!

How is Ebi doing right now? I want to play with her!

Ebi is doing good. She's got people she's taking care of and she's practicing her work, so she's pretty at peace with camp right now. Yeah, she's always thinking about how Akiha is doing and such, but she relies on her knowledge that time flows differently to keep it from getting to her. Fixing Zero and teasing Umedas keeps her busy :|b She misses Chris, but she knows people leaving is the nature of this place. EBI IS THE SANEST ZENNEST PERSON EVER AND THAT IN AND OF ITSELF KIND OF MAKES HER INSANE? But she's cool.

Your characters and dealbreakers? What are they? What habit or quirk would make them say 'no' to an otherwise perfect mr/ms right?

UHHHHHH.

Devit: . . . this is tough because Devit has his Mr. Right and I don't really know what it would take for DEVIT to break them up; if they ever do, it'll almost certainly be Hakuren who initiates it (spoilers they never will :B). SOMETHING THAT WOULD MAKE DEVIT BREAK UP WITH HAKUREN--oh. Actually, there is one universal thing: being mean to Jasdero, or hurting him, or anything along those lines. Devit would be understanding about a camp effect or whatever, but if Hakuren ever one day was like LOL YEAH SO I HATE YOUR TWIN and then started seriously upsetting him, Devit would leave. So this is not a realistic situation lol. But if ANYONE is a dick to Jasdero Devit will shut them down fast and cold.

Cocoa: Cocoa doesn't . . . do relationships yet. BEING WEAK, THOUGH. Especially being human. Cocoa is a vampire supremacist and would really only go for a vampire, although I can see her going for another type of monster/demon if they proved themselves worthy and strong. Being weak and useless would be a huge turnoff.

Envy: . . . It'd be easier to ask what would make hir even consider someone romantically. The answer to that one: nothing. \o/

FOR YOU: I never manage to stalk Momiji as much as I want to. Does he have anything of a love life or love life in progress right now? Does he want one?

Momiji is and will always be in love with Tohru on some level. He's one of the few Sohma's whose affection for her isn't some totally oedipal issue wrapped in pretty trauma sadface. He knows who his mother is and Tohru is not a replacement for her. Tohru cried for him and his feelings for her are the friendly and romantic sort, not the familial love kind. However, he knows Tohru and Kyo are totally meant for each other and as long as Kyo doesn't hurt her, he's content to watch her be happy from the sidelines and troll Kyo about it. Basically he knows he and Tohru aren't ever going to happen and is at peace with it. He knows he'll find his own love someday.

That being said, a romantic relationship isn't something he's actively seeking right now. It's definitely something he wants someday! Momiji is in love with love and is totally a romantic at heart. He would love for it to happen for him, but he's not going to try to force it, especially not when he's just dealt with the bonds breaking and is still dealing with figuring out what his relationship with Akito is going to be now that they aren't God and rabbit anymore. He has baggage, he is aware he has baggage, and he knows that forcing a relationship when he's still figuring himself out would not end well. If it's meant to happen, it will happen and if it happens he will accept it happily. Like I said though, not seeking or forcing a relationship right now.

Also, while Momiji is a romantic, he's not very....sexual? Like, he likes to pretend to be a little pervert/lecher sometimes, but in actuality he's not very hip on the physical part of relationships. Not that he's against being physical! It's just not his focus or even something he thinks about in regards to himself. Momiji loves hugging people and sleeping curled up against people and being touched, but...he's acted like a little kid for so long that he's kind of pushed down his own sexuality. Especially considering the whole kid act WAS a rape prevention tactic. God touches the older Sohma men, so acting like a little kid was partly to keep Akito from trying to fuck him. He is comfortable with holding hands! He is comfortable with cuddling! He is comfortable with cheek kisses! However, he only recently got his first ~adult kiss~. And by adult kiss, I mean on the lips. He had a friend take it so he wouldn't lose it to mistletoe. A first kiss is supposed to mean something!!! He didn't want it to get snagged by just anyone, so might as well lose it to a friend. So he had Ryuichi kiss him to get it out of the way and it was nice and Momiji doesn't mind kissing! So yeah, not UNCOMFORTABLE with being physical, just doesn't have any practice. Momiji likes touching and being touched and being close to people, so once he tries making out, he will like it. He just doesn't think about it much right now because it's not an issue since he isn't seeing anyone and looks 12 atm.

He's starting to grow though. He's grown an inch since the bonds have broken and he is getting leg pains at night because his body is getting ready to have a growth spurt similar to the insanely sudden one he had in canon. Momiji knows this, he knows he can't stop his body from growing anymore and is aware he needs to grow up. Physically and emotionally. So, as part of his new years resolution, he is working on becoming more of an adult. Momiji knows the second he grows physically that the way people look at him and the expectations they have of him will change to, so he's just preparing himself for that. And with that, he's trying to think of himself as a sixteen (almost seventeen) year old boy more. Which includes getting used to the idea of being in an adult relationship and such. Momiji is aware of the importance of sex/sexuality/etc in a relationship. He just needs to learn to think of all this in regards to himself.

Momiji, as I said before, is a romantic. He's more focused on the feelings than the physical, but the two are linked in his mind as he loves to touch his important people. Momiji is bi, female leaning, but at the end of the day, his type is kind people, male or female. Gender, race, age...none of it really matters to him. All Sohma males are bi anyways by virtue of the curse. The person he is going to be with will be his best friend first and foremost, someone who will listen to his problems and share his secrets. Trust is huge. If he thought about it more, he'd realize he has a crush on Ryuichi who has been there for him through all the CRAZY SHIT he's been going through lately and who has been there to comfort him and who he trusts above everyone else, etc. I could go into this more but that will take forever too. As far as looks go, he tends to like the cuter types? But looks aren't a deal breaker, they don't really rank that high on his list. Sexy or plain types are fine too. Especially since he doesn't really notice people's looks in relation to him being attracted. He can tell someone is attractive and he can tell how much looks affect how people are treated by others, but he kind of forgets that part sometimes where he finds someone hot/attractive/etc. Blinded to looks by growing up with pretty pretty Sohmas.

So, yeah, he wants to fall in love! He's not seeking it out, but he won't say no if it comes to him! In the meantime, he's going to get used to the fact he isn't going to be seen as a twelve year old boy soon. And as part of this, he's going to work on seeing/treating himself as an adult. He has a thing for friends and kind people. He is cool with ladies or gents as long as they are kind and someone who cares for him and who he can care for in return. Looks don't really matter. He's trying to wrap his mind around the idea of him as a real teenage boy. Hormones are okay to feel now :|a Masturbation something something. Uhhhh I think that answered the question?

I know she has to be at least a little bit your type because she is my type and if I didn't app Battler I would app her. She is a "detective" and a self-described "intellectual rapist" (which almost becomes literal in a way sob) who is obsessed with being a detective and ruthlessly dedicated to crushing lies and discovering the truth by any means necessary. I mean that sounds noble but she takes it to a fucking crazy degree I can't explain unless I spoil you. She's introduced kind of like a parody of a Mary Sue but she's too busy being crazy and antagonistic and insecure to be one and everyone starts hating her really quickly. She spent a while viciously deconstructing a magic trick with candy that someone showed a little girl, because MAGIC DOESN'T EXIST!!! She also has a big inferiority complex because her Player/Evil Boss/Mother/these things are complicated will throw her away if she doesn't win the game for her and will never recognize her and calls her stupid and worthless all the time. That, and how she got all jaded about love/magic when she used her intelligence skills to deduce that her ex-boyfriend was cheating on her (though it was never officially stated if he really was or if she was just being paranoid) is how she manages to get all smash-happy when it comes to lies and contradictions |Da

Envy's greatest desire RIGHT NOW is to kill hirself again. Sie wants to die but doesn't want to give anyone else that privilege. It really, truly is driving hir a little bit crazy that hir life was over and now SURPRISE YOU CAN'T EVEN HAVE THAT LOL! It's like a stab in the heart, taking away that power and that choice. Even when sie's not suffering somehow in camp, the very fact of being alive is a humiliation of sorts, because it erases hir final choice and throws hir right back into everything sie was trying to leave behind. Sometimes sie doesn't want to die but still does and IT'S REALLY COMPLICATED. :E

WELL MOST SHALLOWLY I actually really like his character design. As of this week, I've cosplayed three different versions of him and have...another one in the next week or so and there are many more I want to do. As a character to play, he's so... OKAY THIS IS OBVIOUSLY FROM A SUPER BIAS because I am also aware that the fandom that doesn't love him hates him with a passion--partly because he is the most...overappreciated character in fandom. It kind of sucks because it makes me feel like I should apologize for loving him as much as I do. I think that Izaya is a character who is just so sure of himself. He's very confident in himself and his abilities and finds amusement in the weirdest things. He's not ~normal~ and he knows it well and instead of being upset by it, he's almost pleased about it and takes advantage of it. He "loves humanity" but doesn't love humans because he's so amused by it and people's...reactions to things. Izaya's a very different type for me to play, because he's a troll that knows he's a troll and enjoys being a troll and...I DON'T USUALLY DO TROLLS but at the same time, he's so unrepentant about being terrible and twisting information and stirring up the pot just to see what'll happen. I mean, as much as I am super not-confident in my play of him, I still love it.

. . . Gosh uh. I play a lot of dumb characters. LIKE A LOT. If we're talking book smarts, Tomo, Asuna, Makie, and Devit are all really bottom of the barrel. On the other hand they all just don't apply themselves, whereas Miyako DOES NOTHING BUT STUDY and is still only 55th in her class. But she also has common sense which Tomo does not--! THIS IS HARD!

I think it's got to be Tomo. She has her own brand of wit and intelligence, and she can excel if she tries, but she lacks the common sense of Asuna and even Devit. Makie would tie if not for more recent canon stuff.

. . . On the other hand there's. Keroro. Who is his own brand of . . . yes well. That is truly a meeting of minds. Sob.

... man. I guess in terms of like who I miss the most (not the same as who I would most likely reapp) it has to be Stacy. She had her character arc and it was an awesome arc and I think more than any of my other drops she's the one where I'm like "oh man remember her relationships with _____ and _____ and _____" they were incredible. I MISS A LOT OF THEM; right now I think it's a toss-up between Chisame and Chao. But I hella missed Rise when doing the Christmas letter. That was so fun. BAW /REAPPS EVERYONE, ENDS UP WITH 30 CHARACTERS my life is hard!!! But yeah like--in a sense I miss them all? Except Shigure. Some I wish I'd tried harder at, others I wish I'd been able to make work even though I know I couldn't, others I needed a break from and now I wish I could just take them back quietly. I think Chao is the character I most routinely come up with things for her to DO in camp. But I've played her twice and. Sob!

THAT'S SUPER TOUGH. There is so much to choose from! In terms of effects I have had on OTHER characters, I think Tomo . . . in general? She just was able to connect with so many characters who were not easy to connect with, people like Itachi and Robert, and she was able to leave her mark on camp in a way I will never accomplish again. In terms of characters I've developed internally it's Devit's character arc. Just how far he's come and how fun it's all been. SUCH A ROLLERCOASTER. I am amazed I managed to bring him all this way and in a sappy dumbassed way I'm happy for him too. I've done so much and dragged him so far away from canon but honestly, canon's not ABOUT Devit, and if it were, I like to think he would have grown in a way that was not entirely unlike this. Very unlike it sure but not entirely!!!
