Momiji is and will always be in love with Tohru on some level. He's one of the few Sohma's whose affection for her isn't some totally oedipal issue wrapped in pretty trauma sadface. He knows who his mother is and Tohru is not a replacement for her. Tohru cried for him and his feelings for her are the friendly and romantic sort, not the familial love kind. However, he knows Tohru and Kyo are totally meant for each other and as long as Kyo doesn't hurt her, he's content to watch her be happy from the sidelines and troll Kyo about it. Basically he knows he and Tohru aren't ever going to happen and is at peace with it. He knows he'll find his own love someday.

That being said, a romantic relationship isn't something he's actively seeking right now. It's definitely something he wants someday! Momiji is in love with love and is totally a romantic at heart. He would love for it to happen for him, but he's not going to try to force it, especially not when he's just dealt with the bonds breaking and is still dealing with figuring out what his relationship with Akito is going to be now that they aren't God and rabbit anymore. He has baggage, he is aware he has baggage, and he knows that forcing a relationship when he's still figuring himself out would not end well. If it's meant to happen, it will happen and if it happens he will accept it happily. Like I said though, not seeking or forcing a relationship right now.

Also, while Momiji is a romantic, he's not very....sexual? Like, he likes to pretend to be a little pervert/lecher sometimes, but in actuality he's not very hip on the physical part of relationships. Not that he's against being physical! It's just not his focus or even something he thinks about in regards to himself. Momiji loves hugging people and sleeping curled up against people and being touched, but...he's acted like a little kid for so long that he's kind of pushed down his own sexuality. Especially considering the whole kid act WAS a rape prevention tactic. God touches the older Sohma men, so acting like a little kid was partly to keep Akito from trying to fuck him. He is comfortable with holding hands! He is comfortable with cuddling! He is comfortable with cheek kisses! However, he only recently got his first ~adult kiss~. And by adult kiss, I mean on the lips. He had a friend take it so he wouldn't lose it to mistletoe. A first kiss is supposed to mean something!!! He didn't want it to get snagged by just anyone, so might as well lose it to a friend. So he had Ryuichi kiss him to get it out of the way and it was nice and Momiji doesn't mind kissing! So yeah, not UNCOMFORTABLE with being physical, just doesn't have any practice. Momiji likes touching and being touched and being close to people, so once he tries making out, he will like it. He just doesn't think about it much right now because it's not an issue since he isn't seeing anyone and looks 12 atm.
